Responsibilities

  • Assist Illinois residents in selecting and enrolling in affordable health insurance plans.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in health administration, public health, or related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in health insurance enrollment, customer service, or community outreach.
  • Strong knowledge of the Illinois Health Insurance Marketplace and Medicaid/CHIP programs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM software, and online enrollment platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
