Benefits Analyst

Responsibilities

• Analyze employee benefit plans, utilization trends, and cost drivers.
• Prepare and present monthly and quarterly benefit reports to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with vendors to negotiate rates and improve plan offerings.
• Assist employees with benefit enrollment, claims inquiries, and issue resolution.
• Stay current on federal and state regulations affecting employee benefits.
• Develop and maintain documentation for benefit policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in benefits administration or analysis.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or similar reporting tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of ERISA, ACA, and Minnesota state benefit regulations.
• Detail‑oriented, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
