Responsibilities

• Assist individuals and families in selecting appropriate health insurance plans.
• Provide guidance on ACA Marketplace options and Medicare enrollment.
• Maintain accurate client records in compliance with state regulations.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals.

Requirements

• Active Pennsylvania health insurance license (or ability to obtain within 90 days).
• 2+ years of experience in health insurance sales or consulting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office.
