Health Insurance Sign-up Center Representative

Responsibilities

• Assist Colorado residents in selecting and enrolling in health insurance plans offered through the state’s marketplace.
• Provide accurate information on plan benefits, premiums, and eligibility requirements.
• Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations during the enrollment process.
• Document interactions in the CRM system and ensure data integrity.
• Collaborate with underwriting, customer service, and IT teams to resolve enrollment issues.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED; associate’s degree or higher preferred.
• 2+ years of customer service or insurance enrollment experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to explain complex insurance concepts clearly.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and web‑based enrollment platforms.
• Must be a legal resident of Colorado and able to work on‑site at the Denver office.
