Health Plan Analyst

Responsibilities

• Analyze member enrollment data and identify trends to support strategic planning.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to develop and improve health plan offerings.
• Prepare reports and dashboards for senior leadership and regulatory compliance.
• Assist in the design and implementation of cost‑containment initiatives.
• Provide data‑driven recommendations to enhance member experience and clinical outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Health Administration, Business, Economics, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 2+ years of experience in health plan analytics, actuarial support, or related roles.
• Proficiency with Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Connecticut health insurance regulations and ACA requirements.
