Health Plan Analyst

Responsibilities

• Analyze health plan data to identify trends, cost drivers, and improvement opportunities.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for senior leadership.
• Collaborate with underwriting, claims, and provider networks to optimize plan performance.
• Support regulatory compliance and reporting requirements.
• Participate in the design and implementation of new health plan products.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Health Administration, Business, Finance, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in health plan analytics, actuarial work, or related industry.
• Strong proficiency with SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Texas health insurance regulations is a plus.
