Responsibilities

• Partner with hospitals, clinics, and health systems across Florida to identify operational inefficiencies and develop strategic improvement plans.
• Analyze clinical and financial data, benchmark performance, and provide evidence‑based recommendations.
• Design and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and change‑management initiatives for client staff.
• Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and executive summaries for senior leadership.
• Stay current with Florida healthcare regulations, reimbursement models, and industry best practices.
• Travel to client sites up to 25% of the time.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Health Administration, Public Health, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare consulting, operations, or management.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, SQL, or data‑visualization tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Knowledge of Florida-specific healthcare laws and reimbursement structures.
