Healthcare Data Analyst

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze healthcare data to support operational and strategic decisions.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools.
• Collaborate with clinical, finance, and IT teams to define data requirements and ensure data integrity.
• Identify trends, patterns, and insights that improve member outcomes and reduce costs.
• Prepare presentations and executive summaries for senior leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Health Informatics, Data Science, Business Analytics, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 2+ years of experience in data analysis within the healthcare industry.
• Proficiency with SQL, Python or R, and data visualization platforms (Tableau, Power BI).
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and healthcare data standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR) is a plus.
