Insurance Agent

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with individual and commercial clients.
• Assess client insurance needs and provide tailored policy recommendations.
• Prepare and process insurance applications, endorsements, and renewals.
• Handle policy changes, claims assistance, and customer inquiries promptly.
• Stay current with Illinois insurance regulations and product knowledge.

Requirements

• Illinois resident with a valid driver’s license.
• 2+ years of experience in insurance sales or agency operations.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency with agency management software (e.g., Applied Epic, Vertafore).
• Licensure: Property & Casualty (and Life/Health preferred).
