Insurance Broker

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with individual and commercial clients throughout Maryland.
• Assess clients’ insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options.
• Prepare and present quotes, negotiate terms, and close sales.
• Ensure all policies comply with state regulations and company standards.
• Maintain accurate client records in our CRM system.
• Provide ongoing service, including policy renewals, claims assistance, and risk management advice.
• Participate in continuous training and industry seminars.

Requirements

• Valid Maryland Insurance Producer License (Life, Health, Property & Casualty or combination).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in insurance sales or brokerage.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proficiency with CRM and office software (Microsoft Office, G Suite).
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Background check and drug screening clearance.
