Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain relationships with individuals, families, and businesses throughout Massachusetts.
• Assess clients' insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options (property, casualty, life, health, and specialty lines).
• Prepare and present quotes, negotiate terms, and close sales.
• Provide ongoing service, policy reviews, and claims assistance.
• Stay current on industry trends, regulatory changes, and product updates.
• Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records in the agency’s CRM system.
Requirements
• Massachusetts insurance license (Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in insurance sales or brokerage.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven track record of achieving sales goals.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software (e.g., AgencyBloc, Salesforce).
• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred.
