Responsibilities

• Evaluate and process property and casualty insurance claims in a timely and accurate manner.
• Conduct investigations, including interviews, site inspections, and document reviews.
• Determine coverage applicability and calculate appropriate settlement amounts.
• Negotiate settlements with claimants and third‑party representatives.
• Maintain detailed claim files and ensure compliance with state regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate with underwriters, attorneys, and other internal teams to resolve complex cases.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in insurance claims adjusting or related role.
• Valid Tennessee Adjuster License (or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire).
• Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency with claims management software (e.g., Guidewire, Xactimate) and Microsoft Office Suite.
