Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a portfolio of personal and commercial insurance clients in Massachusetts.
• Assess clients’ needs and recommend appropriate coverage options.
• Prepare and present quotes, negotiate terms, and close sales.

Requirements

• Massachusetts resident with a valid driver’s license.
• 2+ years of experience in insurance sales or related field.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Licensing: Must hold a valid Massachusetts Life, Accident & Health, or Property & Casualty license (or be eligible to obtain).
