Responsibilities

• Assist individuals and families in Missouri with selecting appropriate Medicare plans and supplemental health insurance.
• Conduct comprehensive needs assessments and provide personalized coverage recommendations.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Medicare regulations, plan options, and enrollment periods.
• Prepare and submit enrollment applications accurately and promptly.
• Build and nurture relationships with clients, healthcare providers, and insurance carriers.
• Achieve monthly sales and client satisfaction targets.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred.
• Valid Missouri insurance producer license (or ability to obtain within 90 days).
• Minimum 2 years experience in health insurance sales, preferably Medicare.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
