Medicare Education Specialist

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive Medicare education workshops to seniors and caregivers.
• Develop and update educational materials in compliance with CMS guidelines.
• Provide one‑on‑one counseling sessions to help clients select appropriate Medicare plans.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to promote educational programs.
• Track and report attendance, feedback, and outcomes for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Health Education, Public Health, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years experience in Medicare education, counseling, or related healthcare services.
• Strong knowledge of Medicare Part A, B, C, and D options and enrollment processes.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to simplify complex concepts.
• Proficiency with MS Office and virtual meeting platforms (Zoom, Teams).
• Certified Medicare Counselor (CMC) or equivalent certification is a plus.
