Medicare Health and Life Insurance Solutions Specialist

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage Medicare health and life insurance product offerings for Colorado market.
• Collaborate with underwriting, actuarial, and compliance teams to ensure product compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities and competitive positioning.
• Provide training and support to sales and customer service teams on product features and eligibility criteria.
• Assist agents and members with enrollment, claims assistance, and problem resolution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Health Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of experience in Medicare, health insurance, or life insurance product management.
• Strong knowledge of Colorado Medicaid, Medicare Advantage, and life insurance regulations.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau).
• Ability to obtain and maintain any required state licensing.
