Responsibilities
• Conduct comprehensive Medicare and supplemental health insurance needs analyses for individuals and small groups in Missouri.
• Educate clients on plan options, enrollment periods, eligibility criteria, and cost‑saving strategies.
• Generate and submit accurate enrollment applications and follow up with carriers to ensure timely processing.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of federal and state regulations, policy changes, and market trends.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales and retention targets while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Participate in community outreach events and lead generation activities.
• Document all client interactions in the CRM system according to compliance standards.
Requirements
• High school diploma or GED required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business, health administration, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience selling Medicare, Medicaid, or private health insurance.
• Valid Missouri insurance producer license (or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire).
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to interpret complex benefit structures and explain them in plain language.
