Responsibilities

Conduct outreach to seniors throughout Colorado to educate them about Medicare options and enrollment periods.
Provide personalized one‑on‑one counseling sessions, both in‑person and virtually.
Manage referrals to local health‑care providers and community resources.
Maintain accurate client records in our CRM system and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop educational materials and community events.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in health administration, public health, or related field preferred.
Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, health‑care navigation, or Medicare counseling.
Strong knowledge of Medicare Parts A, B, C, and D, and the enrollment process.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to travel within Colorado (up to 30% of the time) and attend community events.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software; experience with Zoom or other video platforms.
