Responsibilities
- Identify and engage prospective Medicare beneficiaries across California through inbound and outbound channels.
- Provide accurate, compliant information on Medicare Advantage, Part D, and supplemental plans.
- Maintain detailed records in the CRM system and track lead progression.
- Achieve monthly enrollment targets while adhering to all federal and state regulations.

Requirements
