Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for Medicare beneficiaries and providers in Texas, answering questions via phone, email, and chat.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Health Administration, Business, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Medicare administration, health insurance, or a related customer‑service role.
• Strong knowledge of Medicare Part A, B, C, and D regulations and CMS procedures.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to convey complex information clearly.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and experience using CRM/claims management software.
• Detail‑oriented, organized, and capable of handling a high volume of inquiries.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
