Responsibilities

  • Assist Medicare beneficiaries in selecting appropriate Medicare Supplement (Medigap) plans.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in health insurance, Medicare, or related customer‑service roles.
  • Strong knowledge of Medicare Part A, B, and Medigap plans; Florida‑specific regulations a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
