Medicare Supplement Services Representative

Responsibilities

• Assist Medicare beneficiaries in selecting appropriate Medicare Supplement (Medigap) plans.
• Provide clear, compliant explanations of plan benefits, costs, and enrollment procedures.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of federal and Florida state regulations governing Medicare supplements.
• Process applications, verify eligibility, and coordinate with insurance carriers.
• Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in‑person consultations.
• Document interactions accurately in the CRM system and ensure data privacy compliance (HIPAA).
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and compliance teams to meet enrollment targets.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years experience in health insurance, Medicare, or related customer‑service roles.
• Strong knowledge of Medicare Part A, B, and Medigap plans; Florida‑specific regulations a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
