Risk Placement Analyst

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and secure insurance placement opportunities for clients in the Southwest region.
• Collaborate with underwriters, brokers, and internal teams to negotiate terms and pricing.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop placement strategies aligned with client needs.
• Maintain accurate records in our CRM and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Provide timely reports and updates to senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Risk Management, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in insurance placement, underwriting, or risk analysis.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and insurance software platforms.
• Arizona residency or willingness to relocate.
